Ferrel “FC” Bonner’s career spans well over 30 plus years of military, political, and grassroots advocacy experience. His professional career also includes: Certified Cyber Security Practitioner, Facility Information Security Officer (FISO), Information Assurance Officer (IASO), U.S. Department of Justice Contractor (USDOJ), Texas Division of Emergency Management Disaster Reservist, and the Office of the Secretary and Under Secretary, Headquarters Department of Veterans Affairs.

Ferrel is a Military Retiree with 20 years of service with a specialty as a Military Intelligence Analyst in support of the National Security Agency’s (NSA) mission. He is a Gulf War Veteran whose career began in the U.S. Army where he specialized in the following areas: Military Intelligence; Security Management; Emergency Operations; Special Operations; PATRIOT Missile Defense; Tactical Communications; Personnel Management; and executing quality control programs.

Ferrel is a proven and committed community leader. He has resided in Fort Bend County for 20 years. He is a husband, father, and grandfather. He is also an avid fisherman.
